Event Tickets and Registration are open!!!

Due to a shortage of reservations, we have had to downsize the event to one day, Nov. 9th, 2024. The Friday meet and Greet has been canceled, but we will be meeting for drinks during happy hour at Phatsy Kline's Bar Lounge in the Hotel. Happy hour is from 4 to 6 pm on Friday night. We'll be setting up a game table and some practice tea dueling. And, although we had to cancel the Sunday Breakfast Brunch, we are planning on going to the IHOP, just a few blocks away from the convivial venue, in full steampunk kit. We regret having to cancel the in house activities, but we have a great day planned for everyone on Saturday.  For those of you that have purchased a ticket, you have 2 options available: 1) you can attend the one day event and receive a partial refund for the event ticket and full refund for the Sunday morning brunch, if purchased, or 2) a full refund for the event ticket and Sunday morning brunch, if purchased. 

We still have a full day of activities planned, starting at 9 am, including the Around the World in 80 Days Scavenger Hunt, Tea Dueling and Teapot Parade, workshops, and gaming. Morning coffee, tea and assorted pastries and snacks will be provided Saturday morning and a buffet cold lunch will be include in the price of your event ticket. Ticket price has been reduced to $40 and includes the additions above and those items listed below. A final schedule will be posted forthwith.

Welcome to our inaugural event. We have some great workshops, a tea room, vendors, Tea Dueling, A Teapot Parade and a Scavenger Hunt that will take you Around the World.

The Convivial will be at a Victorian Grand Dame of a hotel in Eureka - The Inn at 2nd & C- The Historic Eagle House, located a short distance from Eureka's Old Town, with it's many shops and sites.

Event Tickets include: Entrance,  workshops (not including supplies), Tea Dueling, Teapot Parade, Tea Room, commemorative bag and token, and your passport to the Around the World in 80 Days Scavenger Hunt. Tickets will be $40 per person (13 - 100 years young), with children 12 and under free with accompanying adult.
