Saturday, March 21st:

9:30 - 11:00 am - Check-in,

10 am - 8 pm - Vendors open

9:30 - 12:30 - Morning Coffee, Tea, Pastries & Snacks - Bay View Tea Room

10:00 am - Greeting and Announcements - Bay View Tea Room

10:30 - 12:30 - Workshops: TBA

​10:30 - 5:00 - Dastardly Dirigibles Tournament -

                                 Sign ups at the Check-in Desk from 9:30 -10:30

  12:30 - 1:30 - Cold Lunch Buffet - Club Room

  1:30 - 3:00 - Teal Dueling - Bay View Tea Room

  3:00 - 5:00 - Workshop - Make a Steampunk Brooch - Club Room - Materials fee $4.00

  5:00 - 5:30 - Teapot Parade - Bring your motorized teapot and lets parade through the Grand

  Ballroom and Lobby of the Eagle House.

  5:30 - 7:00 - Dinner Break - See Local Info for a list of places to eat, drink and socialize

​  7:00 - 9:00 - Local entertainment in the Grand Ballroom - Open to the public - Donation 

  Movie Night in the Club Room, Double Feature with a movie for the kids at 6:30, then Big

  Kids Movie starting at 8 pm - Snacks, Popcorn & non-alcoholic Drinks provided

 

Sunday, March 22nd:

  9am - Breakfast at IHOP, 5th & C, Eureka (not included in Weekend Pass price) - It's Tradition!

  11 am - Excursion to the Timber Heritage Train Yards -Steampunk attire encouraged, but not

  required!! Meet at the gate in Samoa (see Google link for location) - registration required.

  10 am to 12 noon - Vendors open  

  1 pm - Event ends and we say our goodbyes until next year.
